Jerry Davies Planning Consultancy Ltd operates as the Data Controller for the information you provide to us and the only personal data we collect from our website are the contact details and project information submitted via our enquiry form.   

 

Purpose for processing

 

We will store this data securely and process it, and any other information which you disclose to us, if we have a legitimate interest to do so, for the purpose of delivering and administering our services to you or to fulfil legal requirements.  For example, we may use your data to: 

 

- contact you about the service you have enquired about;

- undertake research on your project;

- deliver the services you have contracted us to provide;

- inform you about developments in planning policy which are relevant to your project or areas of interest;

- administer your account;

- maintain records as required by HMRC or other authorities.

Recipients of your data

 

If you contract us to provide a service we may, as your agent, share your information with Local Planning Authorities, the Planning Inspectorate or other third parties as required by law.  We may also share your data to other organisations involved in the delivery of the service (for example to consultants contracted to provide specialist surveys or reports).

Any information which we provide to the Local Planning Authority (LPA) or Planning Inspectorate in the course of a pre-application enquiry, planning application, planning appeal, planning objection or planning enforcement matter will be processed in accordance with their privacy policies/terms and conditions.  The LPA may publish documents or comments submitted on their website and make them available to consultees.

We we will never pass your details to third parties for marketing purposes.
